A Silver Spoon

According to the world's standards, I have been a daughter of privilege, born with a silver spoon in my mouth. But now my mouth is open and the silver spoon sits in my hand, ready to feed others; perhaps not with food from the kitchen or with money from the bank, but with ample servings of God's Word that fills the belly with truth and the mind with wisdom.

According to the world's standards, I have been a daughter of privilege. But now, according to God's standards, I am his daughter, and I stand with his Word in my hand, eager to share it with anyone who will receive it.

"Taste and see that the Lord is good." - Psalm 34:8
