Summer Sabbatical
Last week I took some time to quietly reflect on the Lord. After some thought and prayer, I have decided to take a summer sabbatical away from my blog so that I can concentrate on polishing up the manuscript I have been working on since 2004. I will resume blogging later this summer. Thank you to those of you who read my blog. If you enjoy reading my blog and would be able to connect me with a publisher, I would be grateful for that opportunity. I am also seeking more opportunities to write outside my blog. Thank you, have a blessed summer, and I look forward to reconnecting with you soon!

I will miss your posts. It is good that you are listening to God and honoring what He wants you to do.
Thanks Jenny! God actually got my attention first through something you posted. It was in reference to the fact that we can expect God to do the unexpected but we need to take the steps to be faithful as well. So I need to set aside time to bring my manuscript to completion. Taking time away from my blog will help me to budget that time out for my manuscript. Thank you for being obedient as God prompted you to write on your blog as well :)
